Use and Handling of Google User Data
Our application integrates with Google services to facilitate the management of Google Analytics (GA) and Google My Business (GMB) profiles. Specifically:
- Data Collection: We retrieve and store Google user email addresses to facilitate the linking and management of GA and GMB profiles from multiple Gmail accounts. This process enables us to map and display email addresses used for linking profiles, even if these accounts differ from the email used to log in to our platform.
- Purpose: This information is used to help you identify which Google accounts have been linked and to streamline the process of adding and managing profiles across different Gmail accounts.
- Database Mapping: The retrieved email addresses are securely stored in our database to maintain an accurate record of linked profiles and to enhance user experience by providing relevant account information. We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Access to your email addresses and profile information is restricted to authorized personnel only and secured through advanced authentication protocols.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share this Google user data (email address) retrieved for profiles linking with any third parties. Your data is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy
Data Retention and Deletion of Google User Data
We retain your Google user email data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. This includes maintaining records to manage linked profiles and provide support related to your account.
You have the right to request the deletion of your data. If you choose to revoke access to our application through your Gmail account settings, you can do it via the Google security Settings or if you request deletion directly in our database , we will promptly remove your email addresses and associated data from our records when requested through our customer support or through below Contact , in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
